Title: WFM Scheduling Problem
Post by: Victor on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Dear all,

it is one of those really stupid problems that you forget when you are lazy.

After building a forecast, and attempting to schedule the agent, Scheduler returns with "120 agents out of 120 agents do not have the skills or a shift".

I have already looked into employment type, shift, availability, activity and skills and still cannot figure out why all of my agents are not scheduled. It is some really stupid tiny thing... Does anyone know what it could be?

I am using WFM 6.0 does anyone have a WFM database they can email me as a sample?

Thanks,
Vic

I figured the problem it had to do with adding multiple skills to the activity in Configuration section of WFM. Now, that I think about it, I guess it does make some sense that you have only one skill assigned per activity... I wonder what I was thinking!

Previous one is not correct. Sorry, guys!
You can assign more than one skill to an activity, but they are MUTUALLY INCLUSIVE, meaning that agent has to have all of those skills in order to be assigned to this activity...

Now, I wonder why it would make sense...
