Title: WFM Competitive Comparison

Hi doesn't anyone have "[b]WFM Competitive Comparison April 2007.xls[/b]" from the genesys xchange server. i don't have access to the xchange site and i need that for a comparaison between since we will use genesys soon & I want to know the impact on Witness since we are curently using avaya .

Could you please send it to me by regreg@noukta.ma

I do but I don't believe I can upload that file here as it is copyright protected. Ask your Genesys representative for it better.

This is an item which is Genesys proprietary.  I should have picked up on this sooner, since we are not affiliated with Genesys Laboratories.  We do not hold their documents and we are not authorised to provide documents which would infringe on copyright, or otherwise, from Genesys.

As cavagnaro says - please speak with your local Genesys representative to obtan a copy from Genesys.
