Title: CCPulse Various Questions

Hi All,

Justa few quick questions, some of which im sure you'll think are very easy, but not got my hands on pulse just yet.

i) Can the font size of the views in workspaces be changed, as they seem to be really small at first view?

ii) Within Pulse can the the list of people/resource in the objects panel be organised by state rather than Alphapetical?

i) Font Sizes can be set within Windoze registry (and a few other Font-related settings, too);

HKEY_USERS>Software\GCTI\CallCenter\Attributes>

- GridFontSize
- GraphTileFontSize
- GraphBkColor
- GraphAxisFontSize
- FormatAgentInfo

ii) You can "set" the order of the Display by clicking the column heading you want to "sort" by, in the [i]Display [/i] Panel but I've not seen a way to achieve this order in the [i]Objects [/i] Panel...
