Title: Unable to trace view strategies in IRD...says error while loading

Hi All,

I am unable to trace view any strategy in IRD, 'Error while loading strategy' but i am able to open the strategies by double clicking on them.
More over this issue is occuring while accessing IRD thru citrix not on windows directly.

Please advice.
Need one more help:
If any of you aware of EDIFY IVR training centers in US/INDIA/ any forum's related to EDIFY IVR, please let me know.
I googled for the same, but didnt get much help.

Off the top of my head:

Go to> Tools>Routing Design Options>Working Directory

What do you have? Something local (C:\...) or something across your Network/LAN/WAN?  If it's on the LAN, your Citrix environment needs to have access to it - if it's local (C:\), it [i]should [/i] be OK....

Tools>Routing Design Options>Working Directory...its blank..
We have stored on our rbn files on a shared directory...if our citrix envi doesnt have access to it...is it possible to open the strategies by double clicking them.

The best way should be to store the strategies on a DB so you avoid all this issues.
In order to trace them you need access to the rnd file, also when you save it, it also will store his path \\server\folder\file.rnd but if on the other environment you access it different (\\server\shares\folder\file.rnd) it will not work neither
