Title: CCPulse - Agent State
Post by: Sylvainsjc on May 26, 2008, 09:09:37 AM
Hello,

I'm would like to know what is this information that appears after the WaitForNextCall State (see the snapshot)

The switch is an Alcatel Oxe and there is a cutomized agent desktop.

I known that for the NotReadyForNextCall state, the information is the reasoncode, but i don't known why there is a value for the WaitForNextCall state[img][/img]

On the PBX on the Processing Group you can select types of not ready which are handled by the OXE, no need of CTI. So you can use them and Genesys will recognize them. I however prefer to use only Genesys ones as reporting is much easier and flexible.
