Title: Avaya IP agent & desktop toolkit

HI

I can not log an agent (using the desktop toolkit) on an Avaya Ip agent extension, I get the error
AttributeErrorCode 620 AttributeErrorMessage 'Agent state inconsistent with request'

We have to make or receive a call with the avaya ip agent and then we can log the agent.

Does any one knows if there is an issue with the avaya ip agent and genesys?
We are using tserver 7.2 for avaya

Well, chances are you have not logged out from Avaya phone when you first started your desktop phone. :)
