Title: SNMP Master Agent Fails to come up

Hi all,
We are trying to get our SNMP Master Agent (7.1.100.06) to come up and it keeps failing with the below message in the logs....

CGSNMPAgentImpl::Initialize: Error saving snmpEngineBoots counter (status = -5)

Anyone encountered this?  Or any ideas what could be causing it?
