Post by: abc on June 17, 2008, 09:35:36 PM
How do I set up Email to hit virtual Routing Point (VRP).
Strategy loaded on VRP and target block of the strategy defined as Agent Group/resolution.

I will send e-mail to address :  " resolution@xyzhelp.xyz.com"  to test and need to set up Email to hit virtual Routing Point (VRP)?

You must create a strategy on IRD with MCR. Then load this strategy on Interaction Designer.

Well, obviously you have all the basic components in place, so it is not like you do not have the license or the software. Also, it seems like you understand what you are doing, so I guess I better ask: what is happening right now to your email?

Also, are you talking about outbound or inbound email? If it is inbound, then it is just a matter of setup, where you define your inbound VRP. I will try to help as much as I can, but I need you to tell me what and how things are setup right now.

Best regards,
Vic

Hi,

Maybe silly question but... Is the question related to Genesys MCR/Multimedia 7.x or Internet Contact Suite 6.5? :)
