Title: CallRinging Showing up in adherence report

We have an agent who occasionally shows CallRinging as an out-of-adherence event on an agent adherence report. This is, however, not negatively effecting their adherence %. Any idea why this is happening?

On the schedule states, try adding callringing as part of the adherence rules for that activity.
