HI,

Can anybody let me know is there any difference between agent desktop screen for inbound call and outbound call if that perticulat agent is handeling both inbound and outbound campaign calls.?

Yes, but minimal, on outbound you will see on the right side a list of attached KVP and will have the options of reschedule, add record, call result.
