Title: T server 7.6 compatibility with URS 7.2

Hi,
Any ideas on Compatibility of T server 7.6 integrated with URS 7.2 (Avaya switch)
such as any known limitations as you faced in real time..? any compatibility issues?

Hi,

Genesys declares backward compatibility of its product so TServer for Avaya CM release 7.6 should be working correctly with URS 7.2. That's general answer as I have no experience with such combination of releases.

You can contact Genesys TechSupport and asked them about any known compatibility issues before doing TServer's upgrade.

I have combined a TServer 7.5 for Alcatel with an URS 7.2, one thing I found was that some messages sent by TServer 7.5 to URS were marked as an error because the exchange of information and values used. Once I upgraded they disappeared, however this never affected the operation of the platform.
