I have very simple form in which I have <NOINPUT COUNT="1"> and <NOINPUT COUNT="2">.
After I get the initial prompt and then if I did not speak, it is throwing NOINPUT for the first time. After that again if I did not resond then that call is simply sitting just like that. If I purposefully hang-up the call and redial that port , that port is not responding . Sounds like it got hosed up. If I restart WATCHDOG then that port becomes available to take the calls. So weired.
I am wondering what might be preventing GVP not to throw NOINPUT when count=2
Same thing is true for NOMATCH as well. Appreciate if any one can help me.

Is this with VCS or IPCS? Behind or Infront?
Can you post at least some logs and maybe a screenshot of your application and how is it configured?

Thanks Cavagnaro. We are using VCS and behind mode. Would you please send me your email to ivr_genesys@yahoo.com so that I can send you the logs. Thanks.

Please post them here indicating the number dialed, originating number and hour, in that way we all will be able to help.
