Title: We are building up GVP but Vox file can't be played with IIS6 Windows2003.

We are building up GVP.
We constructed backup web server with IIS6 Windows2003.
But vox file can't be played.
We have primary web server with IIS5 WindowsXP.
In this case,vox file can be played without ploblems.
Could you please tell us solution?

Hisashi,

It is necessary to add MIME type for .vox files when using IIS 6.0. You can find detailed (step by step) description "how to do it" in Genesys Voice Platform 7.5 Deployment Manual on page 57.
