Hello,
I have a problem with one off my call centers. When th user wants ti connect to CCpulse he has an error message that tells him : 'Agent '5217' (Tenant 'Ressources') not found'. After that, the user cannot see the status of the agent.
Please Help.

Hi,
Please check permissions of the user who is running CCPulse. It seems to me that user doesn't have permissions for agent '5217' and that's why he gets an error message.

I'm a pretty new user in CCPulse, can you tell me please where have I to Look ?

Permissions are set up in Genesys configuration so you need Genesys Configuration Manager (CME) to check current settings. Please ask you Genesys admin to check it.

What do you mean by "it doesn't work"? You still getting the error or you can't change the permissions?

But what doesn't work? Which are the permissions of the user you are using?

Here is the Print Screen of the permission object related to the agent number 5217. The user is in the 'SuperviseursPhone' and the access is 'Read'

Please notify that I have the same problem (Error Message with : Agent '****' (Tenant 'Ressources') not found) even when I logged myself with the 'default' user who has full access to this agent.

Last question, there are more permissions on the system on a deeper level

It might just be me but shouldn't it be 'Resources' - not 'Ressources'...? Perhaps something went wrong in the original Config..?

I consider it only a typo...
