Anyone develop one? I have.
-
We have developed one too some time ago. But, ours is running only on NT. :(
What kind of features does it have?

Joe
I've developed a desktop based wallboard / reader board which I market. See http://www.circleconsulting.co.nz/ccspi.htm for more details. Can you give me some information on yours I'd be interested to see how you've approached the development.

Hi Peter,
I've also based mine off of SS and sits as a desktop gui.
I currently have built stats for: # of agent logged in, # of agents ready, # of agents not ready, # of calls in queue, # of agents on inbound calls, # of agents on outbound calls, # of agents on internal calls.
How have you marketed your board? I'm interested in doing the same thing.

Hi,
Mine runs on NT as a GUI and is based off of SS. Currently, I have stats for: # of agents logged in, # of agents ready, # of agents not ready, # of calls in queue, # of current inbound calls, # of current outbound calls, # of current internal calls.
The sky is the lime at this point.

Hello my friend,
please if you tell me, where have you found the libraries to reveal this information?
Thankyou for your replies,
Baitmai.

Joe,
do you have a a document outlining the product, screen shots, manuals, and so on? Is it written in for NT platform only?
Also, are you accessing SS through newly published SLib provided through GPlus program?
As far as I know almost every vendor has implemented their own wallboard. In most cases it is based on TLib with wallboard server registering for DNs it wants to track statistics for.
How hard was it to implement SS connection?

Libraries are usually included with the installation. If you take a look under Genesys Common Components directory you will find a lot of interesting libraries there.
But where can I find the description of these functions? Do I need some sort of licenses for these ocx's ?

Good question!
Does anyone know which libraries come with what suite?
Thanks,
Vic
