Title: GAD- Genesys Agent Desktop -Customization

Hi,
In GAD- Genesys Agent Desktop.

I'm using Genesys Demosrv.I have tried to customize the user interface by adding a button -following the GAD -developer's guide.
It is not reflecting after restart of tomcat & genesys desktop server.

for customization in GAD -should i generate the class files of custom jsp file (new jsp for custom button) and bundle it with "thin.jar"

Please suggest.

I am looking some help with GAD installation and new to genesys. Please help me..
I need the GAD installation guide, if u can send me that would be great.
