Title: Genesys GUI with Vista

We are trying to migrate our PC from XP to Vista.
Is anybody known  what version of IRD, DMA, OCM, CCPulse, ... are compatible with Vista?

That was a question I asked before, please search a little bit next time. The answer is:
Officially no, but if you select compatible mode when installing it, it will work.

If we insatall the Genesys Studio with Compatability mode (XP) on Vista OS, it will be get installed but it will not open the VWS(call flow) file and it gives the error "Genesys Studio service is not running" even though it is running.

Can any one help me in resolving this issue.
