Question/problem:
There exists a conflic between the data collected by the WFMStatServer (ie., by the DataAggregator) and the data generated by the Lucent G3. Therefore, in theory, the Call Volume and AHT datas generated by Lucent G3 and collected by the WFMStatServer MUST be the same with the halfanhour periodical basis. But, there are not!
Troubleshooting:
1. In DAConfig, we have already checked the configuration information for each Activity Group. They are correct. 2. In CME, we have checked and confirmed the configuration of WFMStatServ, TServerProd, and WFM applications. No problem with the configurations. 3. We have also checked the historical CV & AHT data generated by the Lucent G3s for each Activity Group, and then compare with the data collected by the WFMStatServer (ie., by the DataAggregator). Then, why me worry?

Does this behavior happen in 6.0 as well?
