Title: Movement of ConfigServ DB

Hi guys,
I have a customer who is asking me any consideration for moving the ConfServ DB from one Oracle server to another. I think he only has to do a full backup and restore and me on Genesys just change the DBServer parameters. Anything you may suggest that I may impact?

I would recommend using the Configuration Conversion Wizard.  I've done this not only to move the Config DB to a new server, but also a different DBMS (Oracle to MSSQL).  Worked like a charm.
