Title: Asterisk Integration

Hi

Just wanted to know if there are people who have integrated Asterisk with Genesys.
I don't know anything on Asterisk other than it is a freeware.
Can somebody guide how should i go about doint this.
I would appreciate if it is in detail.

Search this forum because there is a thread about exactly this. It also has a link to an official doc on the Genesys support website explaining everything in detail.
