ETL is used for aggregating raw data from Data Sourcer (raw collector), so that data are meaningfull for us.
GAD is genesys agent desktop, just like any softphone with genesys features thrown in.

Check Tonys great guides:

And would be cool if you take a FRO training (Framework Overview)

Hi,

i assume that you know the complete architecture of reporting components

statserver is used to collect the statistics, this is registered as a client of T-server.

datasourcer which is a client of statserver gets timely information and this is stored in ods(temp database)

etl is used to extract data from several ods's and stored in a single datamart.

as per the options in etl runtime, it extracts and aggregates the data into datamart.

hope  this information would be helpful
