Title: Internal calls routing
Post by: Alejandro Ochoa on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Hi, I have a problem with Tserver, all inbound calls, are coming from the IVR and routed by the IR, everything is fine, but, when an internal call (internal extension to the IVR) is transfered it is not being routed by the IR, it just stays ringing until is hung up.

Does anyone know how the TServer handles internal calls?.

TServer is running with Nortel Meridian Switch, only inbound calls, and the IVR is a Voicetek.

Thanks for any help on the subject.

what does the log say? If you could paste part of the log where the call is being routed, it would be helpful.

Are you sure it is not a consult call you are trying to route? :)
My first guess would be that when IVR transfers a call to CDN, it is still a consulting call that arrives at CDN, and unless you have routeeconsultcall set to TRUE, IR will simply ignore that call.

In your logs, what is the call type for that call? Is it 1 or 4?
