Title: Customize GAD

Hi...I want to customize GAD, so that whenever an agent have to transfer a call to some other agent , he will click on a button and the list of available agent groups wud flash out and on clicking on that, the agent cud see the available agents.....can anybody help me out..........what is the class name of the Agent group in the java files stored.
