Hi ALL!
I requested in Genesys support new version of GAD (GAD 7.5) and installed it
In our contact center we have a 10 agent license, 1 supervisor license
We need to run two versions of GAD at same time on one license.
In Configuration Manager in License section for old GAD i have this:
attempts-interval 1
attempts-max 10
desktop_agent 5
desktop_supervisor 1
license-file c:\FLEXlm\license.dat
I do same for new GAD (GAD 7.5)...
But when in old GAD logined more than 5 agents I can`t login any agent in new GAD, except Supervisor.
And when in old GAD logined less than 5 agents I can login other agents in new GAD but when i login even one agent in new GAD, other agents must be logined only in new GAD.
Whats wrong with my config? Maybe its possible to distribute agent licenses between two versions of GAD dynamicaly?

Ok, you can't but why? What error message shows up?

Sorry for late reply.
As I said, when I login in old GAD more than 5 agents then in new GAD I can`t login any agent except Supervisor.
And when I try to login agents in new GAD I recieve message `No agent license`
In FLEXLm debug file I see:
11:01:17 (genesys.d) DENIED: "desktop_agent" JavaUser@dc0a6295 (5 licenses) (Licensed number of users already reached (-4,342))
And also if I login more than one agent in new GAD first, then I can`t login more than five agents in new GAD!
