how to manage Genesys License in a Hosted Environment ?
Please suggest me the best way to do it....

Hi !
I don't know what you mean, should the different customers in the hosted enviroment supply their own licensfiles?
If the host supplies it I don't see the problem.

It is share infrastructures with in multiple tenants...
My question is, As service providers... how to manage the Genesys License, Platforms capacity etc
.

You can install FlexLM and each application will use the number of licenses that you indicate, on Tserver for example you can have 15 licenses and 3 Tserver where each of them will be able to consume up to 5 licenses. Just configure the license section as you need.
