Title: SIP Server with Eyebeam
Post by: Gui75 on September 13, 2008, 11:45:29 PM
Hi all,

I would like to know if sbdy has some experience using SIP Server with Eyebeam endpoint.

From what I know Eyebeam does not support remote talk feature.
Then what is the best approach : 1pcc, 3pcc?
Is Eyebeam offering some API to make it possible to answer in 3pcc mode?

Is there some special configuration of Eyebeam to set or any option to set in CME at extension level to have it working properly?

What else should I be aware of?

So, nobody tried it?

My experience in lab is that 1pcc is bugged.
Whether you do a conference or a transfers, you will just easily find a callflow resulting in agents having status which does not correspond with their real stelephony state.

So that, if by chance sbdy have a working implementation, I am interested.

Note that I tested with Intellivic, Eyebeam, Snomphone...

So let's hope I am wrong and I just did not find proper options at SIP Server or extension level.
