Title: Placing Genesys in DMZ

Hello, guys,

I'm network engineer and I'm new in Genesys.  I need to integrate Genesys in our network. Maybe any one knows are there any restrictions for placing Genesys Tserver, Statserve, GWserver and DBserver behind Firewal in DMZ? Tserver would be connected to PBX link through firewall. Thanks.

Nop, none, just be sure that Genesys guys give you all ports needed and that FW doesn't add latency to the solution as it has to be "real-Time" communication.
