Hi All,
We r using SJPhone for dilaing in Linux systems. Can we block manual calls through sjphone so we can call only through Genesys Agent Desktop.... Help required !! >:(

Hum...and why do you want to block such feature? Can't see the difference...

Yup I need to do so Coz... the callers r using those for calls and not dialing in dialer & disposing them.... Hope u can get it & help me out !! :-\
