Has anyone run into this error in trying to request treatment for a new call?

I have seen the error, but I do not know what it means. If any of the other folks on the user forum can advise the meaning of the event or describe how this is used in a strategy, we both will appreciate it.

Can you post the log to see the flow where this happened?

There is a specific reference to this error on page 604 of the 7.5 Routing Reference guide. Or so says the Genesys support site. I don't have a copy of that document handy so I can't check it right now. If you have it have a read, I will check it tomorrow when I get to the office.

It's just a log message list, not the explanation of what that means; logs are always needed >:D
