Title: Ports are being logged out sporadically

Suddenly the ports are going to RONA(Redirect on no answer) condition. Everytime we encounter this problem we need to reset them.But problem does not occur on same port. We are using behind the switch configuration. The switch we are using is AVAYA Definitive g3. While doing root cause analysis for this,  I am  confused whether this is a problem on Switch or GVP(including dialogic card) side. We even do not get any ANI and DNIS at that situation.If this is the problem on switch, does there would be a automated solution.We are using intel dialogic card  and with a firmware version 2.0.0.1.When logged into emps found all ports are in service.Suggestions are appreciated. Please guide me in this issue.
