Title: Yet another day...

Ok,

so it was raining yesterday and today it is perfectly fine. What to make out of it? What to make...
Recently, we have been under a major attack by spam bots and I wonder why or why....  Do all sites have to deal with it?

Rain and spambots - it doesn't get more random than that... :)

As ELO once put it; "It's raining all over the world..." < yep - I'm [i]that[/i] old! ;) >

Perhaps if you took away that one thread, that seems to draw them in...?

We used to fight against spam bots and only solution was to enable user registration with security code so even smartest spam bots couldn't register. You don't know how much time these guys have to spend!
Unfortunately this is a very common issue and bigger on open forums, that is why it is hard to find a forum where anyone can post without being registered.
