Title: Wanted to know about Genesys

Hi All,

I was workin in pl/sql , very recently i have been moved to this genesys team.

my dedicated work here would be routing.

could anyone of you help me in knowning how would be the growth and other circumstances

I see the word "growth" in your note - do you mean database size, technology complexity - or something else?
