I can feel a rant and rave from myself about Genesys coming soon........
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
-
...I couldn't possibly agree more...

Ohoh.... what did they do this time?
-
Let's hope the rant can be avoided (I want to give them money!!)
-
Why would you want to give Genesys money? Isn't it all the way around? We charge Genesys money to say nice things about them? :P

Vic,
Sounds like you owe me for 5 years of contributions.
;D

"
The number you have dialed is disconnected or is no longer in service.
Please check the number and dial your call again" ;D
-
My favourite in this kind of situation is: "Your call is important to us... Please continue to hold"
-
Oh, I think it's much better when you have waited 20 minutes then it sounds like you are connected to an Agent, you hear them say "Hell..." before you are cut off and asked to input your account number, starting at the beginning all over again....
- Thank you British Gas! >:(
Tony

British Gas don't they have Genesys...? ;)
Going back to the original possible rant. I got the answer I wanted so the rant is diverted.
-
IS there GAS in Britain? Kerosene is as good as it probably gets when it comes to your Royal isles.
-
Kerosene?! Pfft, you're lucky mate! When I were a kid, we used to have to walk up the hill (both ways) to steal a piece of coal from the local coal mine to cook the dead rodents we had to eat for breakfast.
-
You had COAL??? Oh, I would have KILLED for some coal... We had to make do with 15 of us, living in a crack in the pavement...
Young people nowadays, don't know their born...
:)
-
You had the pavement? And it was old enough to have cracks in it?!!
I remember hiking fifteen miles to the local town for Friday night dances they had on their freshly paved intersection.
-
We need one more person to make up the "four yorkshiremen", any volunteers? ;-)
