Title: Fallback calls
Post by: eu4iacz on October 14, 2008, 01:18:26 PM
???

Hello guys,

does anyone have any idea how to investigate why call on GVP felt into fallback? What shall I look for in the logfile? I am still dealing with problems regarding to fallbackcalls. I would like to know more about how to find out what is wrong.

Thanks for replies and suggestions.

check popgateway log to start, but put it on full mode (x07) first

Thanks for reply Cavagnaro, what shall I look for in the logfile? Sometimes there are error messages but these are there also when there are no FBC happening. I am new to this, so I am still learning how to go through. I hope that the loglevel is set to full, anyway where can be this level changed to full?

Thanks in advance.
Martin

Is there also any possibility to trace the FBC in TServer log?
