Hello All,
Need some advice why chat history from GAD chat is not available, voice history is working fine. Maybe some setting is missing for chat history?
P.S. Chat is working, just chat history problem.

I am seeing the following in the UCS logs..

Does the Chat Server have a connection to UCS?

Please check the schema of UCS database to see if table chat exists. Try to re-initialize UCS database with corresponded (to the version of UCS) SQL scripts.
