Hi,
I know its a tricky, but my fresh installation of GAD 7.6 is missing Contact TAB... See screenshot....
I have verified settings of gdesktop application for options and option 'contact' is set for default-tab=directory + history-tree-expanded=true.
Any idea what else I need to enable/to set?

it looks like you dosn't setup MCR_ component

Hi (Ahoj Honzo :-),
The tab "Contact" is shown only in case Genesys Universal Contact Server (UCS) is installed, configured and running. UCS is part of Genesys Multimedia (MCR) solution.

Ahoj Rendo,
I have been tryong to contact you a few days ago, doesnt matter. Thank you anyway for your response. UCS is installed, but is not configured, running yet, so thats why. Now I understand better what is the problem.
