Hi Folks,
we're moving into Inbound and are currently in testing phase.
Having a few issues with GAD showing ANI as anonymous....
Also, when someone places a call on hold, the caller can still hear the Agent as well as the "on hold" music simultanouesly for a significant period of time ....(up to 2 minutes)
Once a caller is ON HOLD, it also takes up to a minute for the call to be retrieved.
Anyone had similar issues with GAD?

Which PBX? Which TServer version?
What does TServer logs say?

Please put connID also to be able to trace the call.

The SIP gateway (Astrix in your case) must be configured to pass the network ANI to TServer. Cant recall on Astrix where this is, but i can try to dig it up.
