Title: Install LCA on AIX

Hello,

I have Framework installed on Windows servers and i'm using Oracle desktop. Oracle BS is installed on IBM AIX servers and i want to install LCA. Where should i copy the kit? What user should i use for installation? Or maybe somebody knows where should i find some specifications?

Hi SorinM,

You should run/install it under account which you are going to use for all of your Genesys applications. Just do not forget to enable for this account certain unix admin tools if you wish to see server's system statistics in SCI.
