Title: Newbie to Genesys where to start?

Hello,
I would like to start learning about Genesys from an overview point.  Can someone please point me to a link where I can read and learn about the basics of Genesys.

We do use Genesys at my work, we have T servers integrated with a old Meridian 1 pbx.  We're planning to upgrade and have Genesys linked to a Nortel Symposium 5 or 6.
