Our environment has a 7.5 URS with 7.6 Stat Server 7.6 T-server Nortel CS2100.
Has any one seen this error in their logs when trying to route a call to an agent?
267: level=5 text=state of call isn't good for routing
Trying to find out what conditions would write this to the logs.
