Title: Genesys 6.1 Documentation

I am evaluating Genesys 6.1 for use with chat. If anyone may have some documentation on the ISuite (or if there is an ISuite forum) could you please provide me with it? Any sort of technical documents would be great, like the Framework Admin manual, or the ISuite manual.

Chris,

you can find most of ISuite documentation on Genesys Support Page. It does not deal with evaluation, but still,it should at least take you in a right direction.

By the way, I think there is nothing wrong with asking the questions I am sure we all can benefit from the answers :)
