GVP version is 7.0, with Dialogic and behind Avaya PABX. Totally 120 GVP ports.
In the beginning, the calls can come to GVP successfully. After running for 2 days, about 10% of GVP ports become ring-no-answer. The ports will resume normal after restart of GVP Server.
Some information about it. All the GVP ports do not have ACD agent login. The calls are routed to GVP ports directly without ACD agent login. I do not know whether it will affect the GVP ports.

Do all gvp ports showing as inservice in VPM ? Any network issues at the site?
