Would it not be a good idea to break the technical discussion forum into domain areas:

ROUTING
REPORTING
FRAMEWORK
AGENT DESKTOP
GVP
etc...

Just a suggestion.

Hi, Gustav,

I was thinking about it, but judging from Genesys official forum a few years back, it was not really helpful, since at the end of the day I would end up looking through all of them. Products are too integrated and meshed in most instances to be able to distinguish between which forum to use.

Best regards,
Vic

Hi Gustav

Backing up what Vic is saying; it was something we toyed with but with the interoperability of the components, it's not always easy to define these areas; Routing and Reporting, Config and Management, Outbound and Inbound - it all becomes a bit of a blurred line... and not so easy to define...

I have noticed that our "looking-for-work" and "looking-for-workers" categories are not really being used. Did not promote it enough in the normal media, perhaps?

Hmmm... LinkedIn seems to be the norm, for this sort of correspondence....

Unless, through the amount of Job Offers I get on a regular basis from various UK "Job Seekers" websites, I might point them to here...?
