Title: WFM 6.1 Schedule Server Service Stops

We are upgrading our WFM 6.0.1 environment to WFM 6.1. We are able to start up our services on our Windows NT server for Data Aggregator and Schedule Server, but when we logoff the server, the Schedule Server service stop (terminating normally in the log files). Has any experience this type of problem with Schedule Server service quiting when you log off the NT server?

Have you tried turning the Interact with Desktop setting off? Does it make any difference to your problem if you have got it turned on or off?

Also have you configured DCOM in the manner described in the manuals? This may also have something to do with it.

Thanks for the reply. Genesys actually confirmed a bug in the way the service is created in the Install Wizard for Windows NT in version 6.1.000.19. The bug was fixed in 6.1.000.21.
