Hi there,
I have made setup for GAD Supervisor based on GDesktop Deployment Guide 7.6, but something is missing I guess.
What I can see is a Supervisor work area, but when I tried to change (manage) Agnet skill or trying to change Agent Group, I simply can to do anything because all buttons are in gray, I can to click any.
Any Idea what is wrong? User rights? Where and what a kind?
Thanks for your tips....

com.genesyslab.ail.core.extended.exceptions.ExtendedCommandException:

but to where I can find a proper permission value ???

Well guys, problem solved!
All is about the permission above object....
So if you wanna to assign to your Supervisor a right to change/create/remove anything including Skills/Login ID/Agent Groups, then you need to add that User to Object Resources > tab. Security > Object Permission and grant Access rights as "Change".
Thanks

You might want to consider putting your supervisors into an access group and then giving that group the change permission.
Adding the permission for more than a couple of supervisors would sioon get tedious. :'(
