Title: Multiple agent login requests are sent

We see multiple agent login requests in the t servers but the agent is already logged in. Any ideas about this issue???

In the excerpt of the log you have posted there is no request, just an event; it may also be a response of a RequestQueryAddress.

Actually, based on this log, I am not seeing any multiple Ready events. It looks like RequestQueryAddress to me.
