Title: Genesys & Aspect Reporting Issue

Agent data has not been matching with the switch.  A change that updated the “Subject” to use “DNAction” instead of AgentStatus fixed the inbound issue, but The same change did not fix outbound or internal.

Anyone else out there already overcome this issue?

Outbound is real close though.......
