Hi,
Is it possible for a statserver application be connected to two different message server application?
E.g. In the connection tab property of statserver1 application it would have two message server application.
Thanks.

Why would you want to do that? Message Server is unique on an Genesys enviroment...is this because of redudancy?
-
Nope. Our environment has more than one message servers, and it is not just for redundancy purposes.
So is it possible to connect to two or more message servers per stat server application?

Message Server allows your applications to share a communication and then for example allow to store error messages or send this errors to SCS so an alarm can be executed. I personally don't see why to have more than one message server...two SCS? If only one SCS then this will receive duplicated messages from both Message Servers...
Maybe I'm missing something and need to re-read theory???

it could be a routing message server (just for monitoring purposes)....

In our environment we run multiple message servers, using the distributed management layer model. Primary and Backup pairs of Msg Server and SCS on each site, all in a single config environment.
However I have never come across a situation where an application needed multiple message server connections.
I assume it's possible, but I can't think why you would want to do it.
