After a certain number of agents are logged in, other agents are unable to login. It shows in SCI that all of licenses are in use, so registration rejected, though there are some seat licenses left according to the license.

Which PBX? There is not license per logging but for monitored object.

We have a SIP T-Server and have used Audio Codes with it.
The CRM that has the soft phone functionality built into it is not allowing agents to login.
what i have seen is that the number of extensions created is more than the number of sdn licenses.
could this be an issue?

Definitely, every extension created uses 1 sdn license.
