Hi,
Anyway deployed Genesys Outbound CPD on Avaya switch with IP Trunks?
Have a client facing problems with their call progress detection after they switch from ISDN trunks to IP trunks. Are there any components, issues that needs to be addressed when switching from ISDN to IP trunks?
Client is on an Avaya switch with Genesys outbound and genesys CPD
Any advise would be much appreciated... Thank you in advance..
